Packing slip templates are mostly used by companies that are involved in international trading. A packing slip is an official document of a company that includes the details of the items or products to be shipped. After an order is received, a packing slip is sent to the shipping department.
Such a packing slip includes instructions for the shipping department about the products that are required to be sent. This document is just like a regular invoice, but with more details and information included in it. So, in order to save time and effort, most of the companies either create their own or use ready made packing slip templates.
